/ about

I lead and build AI-native products from zero to one. Over the last decade I've launched SaaS, data and LLM platforms across conversational AI, healthcare, sports intelligence and enterprise AI systems — working across startups and larger technology organisations in both Japan and the UK. Much of my career has been spent helping companies move through high-growth phases, platform transitions and acquisition environments.

I'm most at home in fast-moving teams where product strategy, rapid execution and clear thinking matter equally. I use AI tooling directly throughout the product workflow — from ideation to prototyping and delivery — and outside of work I continue building products of my own.

Built independently

When no one's asking me to build, I build anyway — two live products, both conceived, directed and shipped by me using the same AI-native approach I bring to every role.

The Big Shop

Shared grocery lists for the way UK homes actually shop.

Concept to shipped app, built single-handedly — I directed Claude Code to ship a Next.js / TypeScript / Supabase stack on a 25+ table data model, validating at the behaviour level rather than hand-writing code. Predictive replenishment and receipt-scanning AI, on a retail-media and anonymised-insights model.

Approach

01 — LLM-NATIVE

Build with the tools

Claude, GitHub Copilot and OpenAI tooling embedded directly into discovery, prototyping and delivery — so iteration cycles run in days, not quarters.

02 — 0→1

Ship the first version

Comfortable in the ambiguity of an empty roadmap. I set strategy, cut scope to what matters, and get a real product into real hands fast.

03 — INTEGRATE

Land the acquisition

A track record steering products through post-acquisition transitions — aligning product, engineering, compliance and commercial without losing momentum.
